I’m not a career consultant, I’m a hands-on operator who’s spent over 25 years leading technology and operations inside complex, fast-moving businesses. From healthcare to luxury retail, from manufacturing to staffing, I’ve been in the seat, scaling teams, integrating acquisitions, building platforms, and navigating transformation under pressure.
What I’ve learned is this: good strategy matters, but execution is everything
I started Ironpaw because I wanted to offer something different. Not decks, not theory but real leadership through embedded partnership. The kind of support I always wished I had when I was leading change from the inside.
